No no no … i don’t know why I put a title like that … :D … may be cause I am walking a lot these days.
Not by choice .. sometimes, but still it makes no difference. I had to walk for some 2 miles every day while commuting to office. I like that in the morning but while going back … i want to be at my place asap …. so sometimes it gets … tedious .. Walking has some speed limitations … and I am not a jog lover ..
Yesterday, my formal shoes, which are almost untouchable in India, which are always at comfort of some dark corner, being sure that I wont touch them, died of this walking of mine. First of all they were not meant for that much walking and secondly … they never thought in their wildest dreams, while sleeping in the corner of shoe-rack, that i’ll be so cruel to them :D
Anyhow they’ll rest in peace here.
One thing I did understood …. those who want to loose weight and … are just walking in the morning … dudes .. walking will not help … increase your pace and add a spring to your feet .. JOG !!!!
coz … i dint lose … any :P ..
